Forming the centerers of the attractions in the shrinking cities on the example of Uglich | Part III: Tower

The third object in the master's work of the architect Eugene Sautkin. The tower is the fastest and the easiest project for me. The tower is located on the site of the belfry of the lost church of the Assumption of the Blessed Mother of God (1799). The construction serves as a viewing platform and is a symbol of the churches destroyed in Soviet times.
